Accuracy and disclaimer

The tools on JustVid are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that any rate, formula, or result is current or correct.

Nothing on JustVid constitutes legal, tax, financial, medical, or professional advice. Decisions with material consequences (filings, contracts, employment terms, medical or legal action) should be made with a qualified professional, not a free online calculator.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JustVid, Auva Labs FZE, and our directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or any content on it.

Acceptable use

• You may use the tools for any lawful personal or commercial purpose.
• You may not attempt to disrupt, abuse, scrape at scale, or reverse-engineer the site for the purpose of building a competing product.
• You may not embed our tools in a way that misrepresents the source, falsely implies endorsement, or strips the brand and disclaimers.
• Automated requests must respect robots.txt, identify themselves with an honest User-Agent, and stay under a reasonable rate (no more than 1 request per second).

Intellectual property

The site name, logos, copy, and original code are the property of Auva Labs FZE. The calculators themselves implement publicly known formulas and reference public laws, regulations, and rate cards; those underlying facts are not owned by us. Open-source libraries used on the site retain their original licences.

Third-party services

The site embeds third-party services (advertising, analytics, affiliate links). See our Privacy Policy for the list and the data those services may collect. Affiliate links may earn us a commission at no extra cost to you; affiliate participation does not affect the calculator output.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will move the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and will be summarised here. Continuing to use the site after the change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates federal laws applicable therein. Disputes that cannot be resolved by good-faith discussion will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
